Ingredients
7 ounces Black Creek Sharp Cheddar, aged 9 months, shredded
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
Directions
1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour.
2. Add milk and reduce heat to low.
3. Stir in Cheddar cheese slowly until melted
